MACROMATICA is a powder macrodosing filling machine with vacuum/pressure disc system, designed for filling powders and granulates into stable, cylindrical glass or plastic bottles.
The powder dose is drawn and held by the dosing disc and then released by a compressed air jet into the filling funnels. An adjustable vibrating system of the funnels facilitates the powder flow into the bottles.
Output up to 120 bottles/min.

The standard version is equipped with 8 washing stations (made entirely of 304 or 316 st. st. and designed according to cGMP standards. This range of machines is suitable for different vial sizes and available at different output speeds: - HYDRA 1000: output speed up to 175 pcs/min - HYDRA 1300: output speed up to 300 pcs/min - HYDRA 1500: output speed up to 500 pcs/min - HYDRA 1800: output speed up to 600 pcs/min The series can also process plastic containers and, upon request, oval ones. The Mistral Series of blowing tables are suitable for the dry cleaning of bottles and containers that do not need cleaning with water or detergents but rather the removal of solid granular or dusty solids by a sterile air jet. The Series includes machines from medium to high speed capacity, up to 340 pcs/min. The MISTRAL X12 blowing table is designed for the dry cleaning of sample tubes and at the same time it performs the function of feeding the containers to downstream machines or to a complete processing line. Output up to 120 pcs/min. MISTRAL Y16/Y20 models feature a particular blowing cycle due to the possibility of placing the containers upside down with the mouth fit on the suction bushings. During the continuous turret rotation, blowing needles are inserted into the overturned containers, while the suction bushings, coaxial with the needles, close off the mouth and allow the immediate withdrawal of air and impurities. The blowing action is intermittent, in order to obtain a more thorough cleaning. MISTRAL Y16 can reach an output of up to 250 pcs/min while MISTRAL Y20 reaches a speed of 417 pcs/min. V & VL are automatic tray loaders for loading vials onto plastic, metal or paperboard trays. The tray loaders have been designed for installation in aseptic production environments and can have up to 2 loading positions, each accommodating 2 trays (positions are changed automatically when full). By means of mechanical devices, trays are filled with vials in staggered rows and it is therefore possible to optimize the tray capacity and consequently the lyophiliser capacity. A series of tray loading/unloading facilities have also been designed to meet the specific requirements of lyophilization lines, where the transfer operation of vials to and from the lyophiliser is a crucial part of the processing phase. MULTIFILL F97 is an intermittent motion filling and closing machine with a wide performance range. It is suitable for dosing volumes from 0.25 ml to 500 ml with a speed of up to 100 bottles/min.The machine is supplied with different dosing systems (volumetric pumps with gravity valves, front or rotating valves, 2 or 3 piece cylinder valves, time/pressure filling system and peristaltic pumps) and a large number of closures can be applied, too. MULTIFILL F97 can also be used to pack pharmaceutical products, from syrups to oral and nasal drops. No bottle/no fill device is available, as well as filling needles with pneumatic cut-off system, capping pressure control, screw-capping with torque control. The machine is built in AISI 304 or AISI 316L st. st. and fully cGMP compliant. MULTIFILL F97 can be supplied in two main versions: - filling with one or two closures; - closing option only in one or two operations. The systems are designed to continuously transfer vials from the liquid filling equipment to the freeze dryer and from the freeze dryer to the alu-capper. Company has all the necessary expertise and production facilities in-house, ensuring the highest quality standards on the entire configuration. Systems for use with vials are tray-less, operate at constant loading level and can be configured under laminar flow or fully isolated. Depending on the configuration, these systems can perform multiple scheduled tasks such as loading one freeze dryer while unloading another. Two types of loading systems are available: Fixed or Flexible. The decision as to which loading system is right depends upon: - number of freeze dryers to be operated; - line processing speed; - range of vials to be processed; - clean room space available; - stability of the product; - clean room classification (EMEA class A,B,C,D or US 100, 1000, 10000); - length of the freeze drying cycle; - distance from the filler and capper to the freeze dryer; - need to load/unload the freeze dryer from a single side or pass-through configuration.
