V/VL series machine
V & VL are automatic tray loaders for loading vials onto plastic, metal or paperboard trays.
The tray loaders have been designed for installation in aseptic production environments and can have up to 2 loading positions, each accommodating 2 trays (positions are changed automatically when full).

By means of mechanical devices, trays are filled with vials in staggered rows and it is therefore possible to optimize the tray capacity and consequently the lyophiliser capacity.
A series of tray loading/unloading facilities have also been designed to meet the specific requirements of lyophilization lines, where the transfer operation of vials to and from the lyophiliser is a crucial part of the processing phase.

Nožnice na plech typu TPS: - Nožnice model TPS sú určené na strihanie tenkých plechov. Veľmi dobre vyvážený mechanizmus zaručuje jednoduché a efektívne ručné ovládanie. Tieto nožnice sú ideálne pre strešné, izolačné a klampiarske práce. Sú tiež vhodné na strihanie plastov, výrobkov z kartónu a podobných materiálov. Nožnice typu TS: - Modely TS 06/12 a TS 10/10 sú ručne ovládané nožnice robustnej konštrukcie, vhodné pre presné strihanie tenkých plechov, dosiek plošných spojov, plastov a podobne. Modely TS sú štandardne vybavené zadným dorazom s milimetrovou stupnicou s možnosťou nastavenia šikmých strihov. Stroj je nenáročný na údržbu a prevádzku. Pákové nožnice na plech typu TLS: - Nožnice typu TLS 10/22 sú silnej liatinovej konštrukcie ideálne na strihanie plechov hrúbky do 2.25 mm. Štandardne sú vybavené nastaviteľným dorazom. Nožnice typu TLS 10/16 sú kvalitné presné nožnice vhodné pre strešné, izolačné a klampiarske práce. Štandardne sú vybavené bočným dorazom s manuálnym nastavením a odčítavaním dĺžky. Môžu byť použité pre kontinuálne strihanie pásov zo zvitkov. Rohové nožnice na plech typu TCS - Rohové nožnice model TCS 100 a TCS 100P (pneumatický pohon) sú robustnej konštrukcie zaručujúcej rýchle, jednoduché a efektívne vystrihovanie pravouhlých rohov do plechu o maximálnej hrúbke 3 mm (s pevnosťou do 400 N/mm2). Nožnice sú vybavené nastaviteľnými hornými a dolnými nožmi, mierkou po oboch stranách dolného strihacieho stola, nastaviteľnými dorazmi pre urýchlenie strihania a stojanom (na objednávku).

The Mistral Series of blowing tables are suitable for the dry cleaning of bottles and containers that do not need cleaning with water or detergents but rather the removal of solid granular or dusty solids by a sterile air jet. The Series includes machines from medium to high speed capacity, up to 340 pcs/min. The MISTRAL X12 blowing table is designed for the dry cleaning of sample tubes and at the same time it performs the function of feeding the containers to downstream machines or to a complete processing line. Output up to 120 pcs/min. MISTRAL Y16/Y20 models feature a particular blowing cycle due to the possibility of placing the containers upside down with the mouth fit on the suction bushings. During the continuous turret rotation, blowing needles are inserted into the overturned containers, while the suction bushings, coaxial with the needles, close off the mouth and allow the immediate withdrawal of air and impurities. The blowing action is intermittent, in order to obtain a more thorough cleaning. MISTRAL Y16 can reach an output of up to 250 pcs/min while MISTRAL Y20 reaches a speed of 417 pcs/min. MULTIFILL F97 is an intermittent motion filling and closing machine with a wide performance range. It is suitable for dosing volumes from 0.25 ml to 500 ml with a speed of up to 100 bottles/min.The machine is supplied with different dosing systems (volumetric pumps with gravity valves, front or rotating valves, 2 or 3 piece cylinder valves, time/pressure filling system and peristaltic pumps) and a large number of closures can be applied, too. MULTIFILL F97 can also be used to pack pharmaceutical products, from syrups to oral and nasal drops. No bottle/no fill device is available, as well as filling needles with pneumatic cut-off system, capping pressure control, screw-capping with torque control.
