M.J. Maillis Hot-Melt Tapes

Ideal for applications where instant tack is required and especially for automatic carton sealers. Low elasticity BiOPP with aggressive Artificial Rubber Hot Melt adhesive are especially formulated for application with our automatic carton sealers. This tape is suitable for light to medium carton sealing applications and its consistent release tension makes it ideal for snacks. Low UV resistance and quick ageing are its main drawbacks but the balance evens with its high shear adhesion. All thicknesses are available and only standard colours for this tape designed exclusively for industrial applications.

M.J. Maillis Solvent Tapes

Heavy duty Natural Rubber Solvent Based adhesive, on superior quality BiOPP film available at all thickness range. Ideal for extreme temperatures (low or high) and high moisture environments, Natural Rubber tapes cover a broad profile of application from heavily recycled carton to ultra smooth printed cartons making it the most flexible among all adhesive tapes. Perfect for rough surfaces, heavy loads, it shows sensitivity to UV exposure due to its natural rubber composition. Thanks to its quick tack and high shear adhesion it performs well in medium to heavy duty carton sealing applications. Natural Rubber tapes with PVC carrier film, on top of high quality of adhesive, also offer very low elasticity - a must for packaging tapes - combined with high break strength and completely silent unwinding. Among the first packaging tapes developed, remains contemporary and always effective for ultra demanding applications. Additionally, it is the easiest tape to be customized with printing.

Tensium™ General Purpose Polyester Strap

Tensium polyester strapping is designed for many different applications from light and medium duty even to heavy-duty palletizing and unitizing applications as well as sharp edged packages. It can be applied by hand tools or power strapping equipment. Polyester strapping material yields higher breaking strengths and retained tension capabilities than polypropylene strapping. It is commonly used for palletized loads, such as bottles and cans, to prevent product shifting during handling and transit as well corrugated board and stones.
