Tensium™ General Purpose Polyester Strap

Tensium polyester strapping is designed for many different applications from light and medium duty even to heavy-duty palletizing and unitizing applications as well as sharp edged packages. It can be applied by hand tools or power strapping equipment. Polyester strapping material yields higher breaking strengths and retained tension capabilities than polypropylene strapping. It is commonly used for palletized loads, such as bottles and cans, to prevent product shifting during handling and transit as well corrugated board and stones.

Sanderband®

SANDERBAND® is a special polyester strap so strong as almost steel for many applications.It offers strength, flexibility, safety, confort in use being 6 times lighter than steel. It is made of polyester yarns glued together with special glues. SANDERBAND® is a unique strapping method special for shrinking loads. It can be retightened many times using the proper buckle. It can also be used in expanding loads where it can be fastened by doing a simple knot. The elasticity of SANDERBAND® makes it ideal for unstable loads or heavy transport conditions. SANDERBAND® is offered in many types and dimensions suitable for hundreds of applications and also break strengths from 3-20 KN (300-2000 kp)Antistatic types are also available. s A light and easy to use tool is offered for horizontal or vertical applications. It has a light tension capability for strap up to 40 mm width. Strap dispensers are also offered with or without buckle box. They are light and easy transportable. Seals/Buckles are easy to use and retensionable.

Výroba Remistyrenu

Naše společnost začala v roce 2005 jako první v ČR recyklovat odpady pěnového polystyrenu do formy regranulátu. Barevné odstíny REMISTYRENV roce 2007 jsme obdrželi registrační známku na tento regranulát a dále je prodáván pouze pod názvem „Remistyren“. Materiál „Remistyren“ je vyráběn a dodáván pouze ve formě granulí velikost 3-5mm. Regranulát může být dodáván v několika barevných odstínech . Nelze u tohoto produktu garantovat standardní odstín. V průběhu roku 2008 po dobudování dodatečné technologie homogenizace bude již dodávaný regranulát pouze v jednom odstínu. Aplikace Remistyren je vhodný jako základní materiál pro vstřikování, nebo vytlačování a to v poměru 70% Remistyren + 30% HIPS. Výsledkem dostáváme materiál ekvivalentní ke „Krasten 336“. Dále je vhodný přímo pro výrobu izolačních materiálů jako jsou fasádní desky a jim podobné stavební výrobky. Dalším odvětví , kde ho naše společnost ve velkém množství dodává je výroba nátěrových hmot.
