Designed as part of the Kliklok Genesis integrated packaging system, it sets new standards for top load cartoning when used with the Genesis carton forming machine.

Speed range variable, up to 250 cpm, depending on carton size and closing method.

Moderate Speed, Three Flap Carton Closing Machine The KLIKLOK 3FK carton closer is designed to seal three cover flaps to the body of a lock, glue or heat-seal formed KLIKLOK carton. The standard closer applies a single line of adhesive to each flap. The versatile 3FK incorporates as standard, digital indicators to ensure repeatable size change. UHMW plastic chain rails reduce maintenance requirements whilst significantly lowering noise levels. The 80 cpm 3FK provides a mid range closing solution for a wide range of three flap cartons. The 3FK represent excellent value with long term reliability and flexibility.

The JR Carton Former is acknowledged as one of the most versatile and dependable machines in the industry. It is designed to accommodate small to medium size cartons at speeds up to 60 cpm. Simple construction and easy maintenance ensure smooth and efficient operation from the JR machine. Its compact size makes it ideally suited to installations where space is limited. The speed and size range make the JR ideally suited to handle packing operations, providing a steady flow of formed cartons. The JR can drive take away and packaging conveyors and interface with fully automatic packaging lines.

Genesis GF - Carton Forming Machine

The Genesis forming machine is a part of the Kliklok Genesis integrated top load system. The machine design extends the function of carton forming to provide an erected, accurately placed carton for subsequent product loading. To meet the demands of a progressive market, the Genesis combines high speed forming with the flexibility to handle a wide range of carton sizes, styles and materials. Performance: Speed range variable, 30-115 strokes per minute. Actual maximum speed may be limited by size and style and carton.
