UHMW plastic chain rails reduce maintenance requirements whilst significantly lowering noise levels. The 80 cpm 3FK provides a mid range closing solution for a wide range of three flap cartons. The Genesis forming machine is a part of the Kliklok Genesis integrated top load system. The machine design extends the function of carton forming to provide an erected, accurately placed carton for subsequent product loading. To meet the demands of a progressive market, the Genesis combines high speed forming with the flexibility to handle a wide range of carton sizes, styles and materials. Performance: Speed range variable, 30-115 strokes per minute. Actual maximum speed may be limited by size and style and carton.
