Automatic Erecting Machines for Cartons and Trays The machine has been designed around a 4-station turret for efficient high speed operation and is built for max. reliability with minimum maintenance. All mechanical and electrical features are protected by overload devices where necessary and the machine will not operate until the adhesive has reached the correct running temperature. The Genesis lugless closer combines state of the art drive and control technology with ease of operation, to give a high production efficiency and very low maintenance. Designed as part of the Kliklok Genesis integrated packaging system, it sets new standards for top load cartoning when used with the Genesis carton forming machine. Performance: Speed range variable, up to 250 cpm, depending on carton size and closing method.

Moderate Speed, Three Flap Carton Closing Machine The KLIKLOK 3FK carton closer is designed to seal three cover flaps to the body of a lock, glue or heat-seal formed KLIKLOK carton. The standard closer applies a single line of adhesive to each flap. The versatile 3FK incorporates as standard, digital indicators to ensure repeatable size change. UHMW plastic chain rails reduce maintenance requirements whilst significantly lowering noise levels. The 80 cpm 3FK provides a mid range closing solution for a wide range of three flap cartons. The 3FK represent excellent value with long term reliability and flexibility.
