Extension of necessary remediation methods and used technologies, including setting target limits of the remediation resulting from the recommendations of a risk analysis. Risk Assessment

Risk analysis means the evaluation of environmental impacts and impacts related to public health in the case of contamination. Its aim is to assess the need for protective activities, because the assessment of specific risk is a condition for any similar activities. Risk analysis assesses the specific circumstances based on the information on the pollutants present and the possible pathways of their dissemination, exposure and target group to which the risk applies in each of these situations. Assessment of specific risk reveals connection of individual approaches and influences that create hazard for the target group.

Environmental Audit

Environmental (ecological) audit represents an assessment of environmental burden and environmental duties. It is used to assess the feasibility of the investment aim (building of infrastructure, industrial zones, industrial buildings, etc..), by changing in ownership of the property (a major base in the marketing, purchasing and other forms of transformation of property in relation to previous activities). It includes an assessment of compliance with existing legislation in the environmental field, assessment of the previous land use in terms of potential environmental burden, an environmental burden on lands and objects, assessment of existing environmental liabilities, designing the financial evaluation of any environmental liabilities and environmental burden, the suggestion of remedial actions.
