Environmental Audit

Environmental (ecological) audit represents an assessment of environmental burden and environmental duties. It is used to assess the feasibility of the investment aim (building of infrastructure, industrial zones, industrial buildings, etc..), by changing in ownership of the property (a major base in the marketing, purchasing and other forms of transformation of property in relation to previous activities).

It includes an assessment of compliance with existing legislation in the environmental field, assessment of the previous land use in terms of potential environmental burden, an environmental burden on lands and objects, assessment of existing environmental liabilities, designing the financial evaluation of any environmental liabilities and environmental burden, the suggestion of remedial actions.

Environmental compliance audit

Assessment of compliance with environmental legislation, environmental behavior of company, etc.. This includes assessment of compliance with existing legislation in environmental the field, evaluation of potential non-compliance with actual environmental legislation, identification and evaluation of relevant aspects of activities, products and services in relation to the environment, determining the most serious aspects in relation to the environment, set priorities of activities to remedy objectionable state, suggestion of remedial activities, suggestions for the system of corporate controlling in terms of environmental protection.

Risk Assessment

Risk analysis means the evaluation of environmental impacts and impacts related to public health in the case of contamination. Its aim is to assess the need for protective activities, because the assessment of specific risk is a condition for any similar activities. Risk analysis assesses the specific circumstances based on the information on the pollutants present and the possible pathways of their dissemination, exposure and target group to which the risk applies in each of these situations. Assessment of specific risk reveals connection of individual approaches and influences that create hazard for the target group.

Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)

There is act of The National Council of the Slovak Republic No. 24/2006 Z. z. in force. This document is dealing with environmental impact assessment, assessing impacts of strategic documents and constructions, plants and other activities on environment. The aim of the assessment is: - to provide high level of environmental protection and contribute to the integration of environmental aspects into preparation and acceptance of strategic documents with adhesion to sustainable development, - to find, describe and evaluate direct and indirect impacts of intended strategic document or activity on environment, - to explain and compare advantages and disadvantages of strategic document suggestion and suggested activity comparing their alternatives, including “zero alternative” - to assess the actions to avoid or reduce environmental pollution or avoid environmental destroying, - to achieve skilled base for ratification of a strategic document and issuing an license for some activity according to special rules.

Linka odvodňování kanálú

Pásový lis je zhotovený z válcovaných profilů tvaru U ve formě uzavřeného rámu, do kterého jsou zabudovány všechny potřebné konstrukční celky (hnací, regulační, odvodňovací, vysokotlaké a vodící válce, pohon s regulací, stírání, žlabyna odvod filtrátu, gravitační zóna, násypky, oplachy, vzduchová soustava, elektrická instalace a filtrační síta), které jsou nezbytné k zajištění efektivity procesu lisování kalů. Povrchová úprava rámu je tvořena metalizací zinkem a speciálním vodovzdorným nátěrem AMERLOCK Al a Color. Plechy jsou z nerezu, ostatní spojovací materiál, pokud není z nerezu, je zinkován a nebo jez plastu. Pro potřeby potravinářského průmyslu, nebo na přání zákazníka lze dodat odvodňovací lisy v celonerezovém provedení. Regulaci a napínací tlak válců zabezpečuje stlačený vzduch od kompresoru. Čištění sít je řešeno tlakovou užitkovou vodou z výtoku ČOV, která jde přes filtr na ostřik filtračních sítových pásů.Elektrický příkon pohonů je dle kapacity stroje 0,37 - 2,2 kW, regulace pohonů variátorem nebo frekvenčním měničem umožňuje plynule měnit rychlost posuvu sít za chodu stroje.
