Dynamic 3000
The Dynamic 3000 is a servo-pneumatically controlled ultrasonic welding machine with process optimised force profiling and integrated speed and force control. A new machine concept resulting from the knowledge gained in many years of experience with ultrasonic welding technology.

Horns - 3D-CAD in combination with FEA
3D-CAD in combination with FEA are permanently used tools by engineers to design and optimise horns by analytic calculations. Manufactured on modern CNC numeric milling centres guarantees a maximum of quality in a minimum of time for any kind of horn. Group is leading in the production of composite horns for large parts that require high amplitude to get the best welding results.
Handheld units - HG70-1 / HW70-3
The ultrasonic hand welding units HG70-1 and HW70-3 are suitable for very small manual welding and cutting operations. - Ideal for spot welding, riveting, beading or cutting with temlate horns - Very small light devices for ergonomic working - HW70-3 additionally designed fot the assembly into special purpose machines

PC-based Coilers
The COLOMBI PC-Coiler is a further development of the COLOMBI CNC-based coiler. It has a new PC-based platform instead of a PLC-system. The advantages are that there is no limit on the number of servo axes to use, the operator interface is Windows-based and one system can run both coiler and the optional functionalities simultaneously.

Pneumatic Spring Coilers
Our original spring coilers are pneumatically operated. They are designed to be simple and reliable machines suitable for integration into automatic assembly systems. The pneumatic spring coilers can be combined with inline heat treatment, length- and load control to form a complete system.
