COLOMBI Speedfeeder:
The COLOMBI Speedfeeder is a pneumatic spring separator for untangling and feeding small springs. The COLOMBI Speedfeeder is suitable for applications involving cylindrical compression springs with at least one closed coil at each end.

As standard, the COLOMBI Speedfeeder is provided with PLC control, so that escapements, queuing sensors, monitors and alarm systems can easily be used. Capacity and separation rate (number of inseparable springs) depends on the shape of the springs.

COLOMBI Bigmatic:
The COLOMBI Bigmatic is a mechanical spring separator for untangling and feeding larger-sized compression springs. COLOMBI Bigmatic is suitable for cylindrical compression springs with closed coils at each end. Capacity and separation rate (the number of inseparable springs) depends on the shape of the springs.

COLOMBI Maximatic:
The COLOMBI Maximatic is a mechanical spring separator for untangling and feeding larger-sized compression springs. Capacity and separation rate (the number of inseparable springs) depends on the shape of the springs.

Compact and quick to connect, our 4 models of Spring Separators are designed to be used without any special tooling. COLOMBI Micro: The COLOMBI Micro is our smallest model of spring separator. It is, pneumatically driven for an uncomplicated function and has a high capacity for small springs. Picture COLOMBI Mini: The COLOMBI Mini is a small electric spring separator. It is quiet running, simple, rapid and can handle most types of springs, including conical, without resetting. With a normal kind of spring a very high capacity can be possible, around 1500 parts/minute. Picture COLOMBI Big: The COLOMBI Big is a very versatile model that can untangle springs or parts in many different sizes and shapes. A large 4-dml hopper allows loading of even very tangled parts. Up to 1500 parts/minute can be separated providing rapid manual assembly. Picture COLOMBI Maxi: The COLOMBI Maxi is a bigger version of the COLOMBI Big.
