S250 Plus is a force feed tablet press exceptionally robust and reliable, simple to operate and maintain. The machine exhibits excellent production characteristics and provides great efficiency in the field of high quality rotary tablet presses.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
- Simple mechanical construction.
- Easy maintenance and cleaning: the press compartment is paint-free and has smooth surfaces without dead corners.
- Pre-pressure and main-pressure continuously monitored and adjusted independently by using external handwheels provided with graduated scales.
- In case of overpressure, the hydraulic oil is diverted into a gas pressure compensator, releasing the pressure rollers.

PERFIMA Perfima is a perforated pan for tablet film and sugar coating. The pan has a round shape and mixing baffles are positioned on the central sector of the drum. This shape is the same as the GS solid wall pans and has proven over the years to guarantee the best mixing results. MAIN CHARACTERISTICS - A wide range of batches can be processed in the same machine (from 25% to 100% of the pan capacity) with no need to change the drum. - Position and dimensions of the outlet air duct ensure good and uniform drying of the product, thus saving energy. - The spray guns feature an Anti-Bearding-Cap (ABC) system, preventing the guns from clogging while the machine is working. Additionally they are fitted on a sliding support arm and are positioned and adjusted from the outside by using the relevant device. - Easy inspection through the front and side doors. - The machine can be fitted with a Clean In Place system. - Possibility to install the machine “through the wall” to separate technical and processing area.

GS HT-HE-P/RA-HP GS Coating Equipment are designed for production batches. Different models are available depending on customers’ request: GS HT is equipped with exhausting paddles for tablet film and sugar coating and is available in the economic version GS HE. ZANASI 25/40 E/F – INTERMITTENT MOTION CAPSULE FILLERS Zanasi 25/40 E/F are capsule filling machines able to dose powders, pellets, liquids and tablets into hard gelatine capsules. The powder and pellet dosing units feature dosators and pistons that move down in the powder bowl, picking up the product by means of vacuum. The liquid dosing group makes use of an extremely precise volumetric dosing system, finally the tablet dosing unit is fitted with feeding tubes and blades that transfer the tablets into the capsule body. The E versions of Zanasi are equipped with a statistic weight checking unit for production monitoring. ROTO MIX – HIGH SHEAR MIXERS FOR WET GRANULATION The Roto Mix high shear mixers are designed to perform wet granulation processes, combining active products and excipients by adding a binder solution.
