MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
- Easy maintenance and cleaning: the press compartment is paint-free and has smooth surfaces without dead corners.
- Easy access: once opened the external panels the machine is fully accessible from its four sides. The tool changing point is fully accessible too.
- Interchangeable seal fillshoe with two distribution wheels.
- All machine settings can be adjusted by handwheels, with graduated scale, while the machine is running.

ZANASI 25/40 E/F – INTERMITTENT MOTION CAPSULE FILLERS Zanasi 25/40 E/F are capsule filling machines able to dose powders, pellets, liquids and tablets into hard gelatine capsules. The powder and pellet dosing units feature dosators and pistons that move down in the powder bowl, picking up the product by means of vacuum. The liquid dosing group makes use of an extremely precise volumetric dosing system, finally the tablet dosing unit is fitted with feeding tubes and blades that transfer the tablets into the capsule body. The E versions of Zanasi are equipped with a statistic weight checking unit for production monitoring. MAIN CHARACTERISTICS - Interchangeable turret. - Special turret version with both B and D type tooling is available. - Pre-pressure and main pressure rollers are designed for forces similar to production machines ensuring a good scale-up. - Compression area completely accessible from all sides for quick and easy cleaning. - Mechanical area fully accessible for maintenance operations by simply opening the external casing. - Average pressure displayed without instrumentation for R&D - Machine operated by the control panel and fitted with handwheels to adjust fill depth, pre-pressure and main pressure. ROTO MIX – HIGH SHEAR MIXERS FOR WET GRANULATION The Roto Mix high shear mixers are designed to perform wet granulation processes, combining active products and excipients by adding a binder solution. MAIN CHARACTERISTICS - Granulation process is carried out very quickly thanks to the high energy transmitted to the product by the turbulence caused by the combined action of impeller and chopper blades. - The impeller has a special design to reduce product sticking to the blades, and can be easily removed for cleaning. - The product bowl is completely separated from the mechanical area by means of special seals with inbuilt pneumatic cleaning system. - Machine lid prearranged for automatic product loading, binder or solvent addition, installation of washing nozzles, internal light and inspection window. - The machine can be supplied “through the wall” or on a working platform and can be integrated with a fluid bed dryer for a complete granulation line.
