MICROFILL is the new generation of high speed microdosing machines for aseptic environments that guarantees total control of production batches by means of a highly sophisticated 100% IPC of all vials filled (IMA LIFE PATENT PENDING).
The series is characterized by an increased output of up to 400 pcs/min, thanks to double dosing discs which fill four vials at a time.
The machine performs an electronic multi-dosage with an infinite number of dosages inside the same vial, programmable directly from the operator panel.
Powder filling is achieved by means of a vacuum-pressure dosing system.
The CIP/SIP system is available for all the parts in contact with the products.

The Multifill F500 series includes medium speed rotary filling machines designed to handle a wide range of containers and closures, up to 400 bpm with a dosing capacity of up to 300 ml. Highly flexible and designed with constructive modularity, these machines are very well known for their robustness and reliability. F540 is supplied with 12 dosing units, can reach an output of up to 400 pcs/min and a dosing capacity of up to 300 ml. The filling circuit of the machine consists of two parts: a vessel and a manifold for product feeding and valve, syringe or nozzle unit. In order to achieve quick and easy cleaning the filling unit can be separated from the feeding one by loosening a single screw. F540 is suitable for applications requiring stand-alone dosing machine that can be combined with different closure types. Company is one of the few suppliers in the world that designs, manufactures and tests a full range of proven systems for fully automatic loading and unloading vials into industrial freeze dryers. The systems are designed to continuously transfer vials from the liquid filling equipment to the freeze dryer and from the freeze dryer to the alu-capper. Company has all the necessary expertise and production facilities in-house, ensuring the highest quality standards on the entire configuration. Systems for use with vials are tray-less, operate at constant loading level and can be configured under laminar flow or fully isolated. Depending on the configuration, these systems can perform multiple scheduled tasks such as loading one freeze dryer while unloading another. Two types of loading systems are available: Fixed or Flexible. The decision as to which loading system is right depends upon: - number of freeze dryers to be operated; - line processing speed; - range of vials to be processed; - clean room space available; - stability of the product; - clean room classification (EMEA class A,B,C,D or US 100, 1000, 10000); - length of the freeze drying cycle; - distance from the filler and capper to the freeze dryer; - need to load/unload the freeze dryer from a single side or pass-through configuration.

The machines dedicated to the capping of vials for injectable products are a critical part of the production process, since they guarantee the hermetic seal and therefore the integrity of the drug inside the container. The ALU Series of cappers consists of both continuous and intermittent motion rotary machines for the application and sealing of traditional aluminium caps, flip-off caps and even special design caps (ADD-VANTAGE, BIO-SET and MONOVIAL). Designed to guarantee a capping process with low particle generation, these machines are suitable for installation in conventional type contamination-controlled environments and under isolator. Cap sealing is carried out with an idle edging roller and by rotation of the container support plates. AISI 304 or AISI 316 L st. st construction and cGMP compliance. Sterifill F200 is an in-line filling and stoppering machine for aseptic environments that can reach an output of up to 320 pcs/min. The series allows versatility because of the presence of four basic versions, with the possibility of liquid filling and one or two closure applications on the same monobloc. In addition to that, different dosing systems are available too (volumetric, time/pressure, peristaltic, diaphragm pumps), as well as CIP/SIP systems. The dosing range goes from 0.25 through 100 ml. A narrow basement allows the operation from one machine side only and the wall installation as well. Built in AISI 304 st. st. or AISI 316 L, it is fully compliant with cGMP standards.. Brúska BU 800R: Poloautomatická univerzálna brúska je osadená adaptérom pre rámové píly je určená pre brúsenie rámových píl s podávaním o zuby na píle. Výhodou toho je, že brúsku je možné rýchlo prestaviť pre brúsenie rôznych rozostupov zubov. To umožňuje brúsiť aj píly s pôvodne nepresným rozostupom zubov. Brúska je preto vhodná predovšetkým pre brúsiarne poskytujúce služby brúsenia rôznym zákazníkom. Pre brúsenie rámových píl so stelitmi alebo pre veľmi precízne brúsenie obyčajných píl je možné dodať brúsku s chladením (označenie BUH 800R). Brúska je vybavená plynulou reguláciou podávania pomocou frekvenčného meniča. Brúsku je tiež možné doplniť adaptérmi pre brúsenie pásových alebo kotúčových píl. Upínací vozík guľatiny

Všetky upínacie vozíky sú vybavené silným pohonom, hydraulickým pre veľkú záťaž a porez exotických a tvrdých drevín a elektrickým pre porez mäkkého dreva. Hydraulický pohon je o regulovanom výkone 20 až 100 HP s hydroagregátom, ktorý je samostatne inštalovaný vedľa navijáku. Hydraulické flexibilné hadice dovoľujú jeho umiestnenie pri riadiacom stanovisku v závislosti od požiadaviek prostredia. Elektrický pohon je jedným alebo dvoma elektromotormi o regulovanom výkone 20 až 100 HP. Riadenie je jedným alebo dvomi pedálmi, jeden pre proces rezania a druhý pre rýchly návrat vozíka. Ultra robustný hydraulický pohon je určený pre porez tropických drevín. Pre porez malých a stredných kmeňov o dĺžke 1 až 6 m a priemeru 150 až 800 mm je určený vozík navrhnutý pre svoju extrémnu spoľahlivosť a jednoduchú obsluhu s plne pneumatickým ovládaním jednotlivých mechanizmov a s posuvom veží elektrickými servopohonmi. Klasický vozík pre väčšie kmene dĺžky 1,2 až 8 m a od priemeru 20 do 100 cm, má posuv každej veže po dvoch chrómovaných kruhových vedeniach s hydraulickým pohonom alebo jednosmerným motorom. Veže s fixnými vzdialenosťami od seba sú montované na lubrikovanom dvojitom valcovom vedení. Presun upínačov, ktoré umožňujú vystredenie guľatiny počas upnutia, najmä kvôli polohovaniu kmeňa pri eliminovaní zbiehavosti, je po 4 chrómovaných vedeniach a je vykonávaný a hydraulickým válcom s odmeriavaním v rozsahu od 20 do 230 mm. Reťazový obracač a podberák - pneumatický obracač krajníc (nadhazdovač priziem pre ich ľahšie otočenie) sú zabudované v každej veži.

COBRA MULTIMATE 125 & 200: Píla COBRA MULTIMATE je kotúčová píla pre rozmietanie priziem za pomoci vzájomne rýchlo a operatívne prestaviteľných kotúčov. Tento stroj patrí k do skupiny omietacích a rozmietacích píl COBRA s horným vretenom. Masívny oceľový základ nesie dve vzájomne pohyblivé vretená po oboch stranách píly. Každé prestaviteľné vreteno nesie 4 vzájomne prestaviteľné kotúče. Novou vlastnosťou stroja je veľmi presné polohovanie priziem voči pilovým kotúčom vodiacimi ryhovanými valcami. Prizmy sú vedené a pritláčané horným prestaviteľným valcom oproti spodnej dvojitej 1 reťazi so špecialnymi zubami. Za pílovými kotúčmi sú po každej strane dva spodné zvislo postavené ryhované valce so silným zovretím reziva a riadené z jednej strany hydraulickým servovalcom. Druhá strana kopíruje nerovný povrch druhej strany prizmy. Táto rozmietacia píla je skonštruovaná pre rozrezávanie 2, 3 alebo 4 stranne hranených výrobkov (priziem, latí a hraneného reziva) do hrúbky 125 mm alebo 200 mm. Pílové kotúče sú umiestnené hore nad rezanou prizmou s posunom do rezu v smere otáčania pilových kotúčov. Táto technológia dovoľuje minimalizovať hrúbku kotúča a dodržiavať výbornú kvalitu rezu. Nastavenie kotúčov voči sebe na každom nezávisle presuvnom vretene zabezpečuje výkonný nezávislý hydromotor. Rovnako je tomu aj pre vodiace ryhované valce, reťazový podávač a spodný valec.
