Drop Tester DT2000s

Drop Tester DT2000s
Drop Tester is used to test the breakage of various small items and components. Operating principles: The item to be tested is attached to the suction pads of the machine and dropped from selected speed of 3,5-6,25 m/s or height of 600-2000 mm. The dropping tray guides the item down towards the base in a right angle. With our Drop Tester you can also attach a high frequency video camera to the equipment in order to verify what actually happens, when the tested item hits the base of the machine. The Drop Tester is conformable to the European Machine Directive 89/392 and its amendments 91/368, 93/44 and 93/68.

Humanetics ATD

As part of there commitment to further the advancement of vehicle safety, a number of there staff are members of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), a worldwide professional organization of automotive and aerospace design engineers. These individuals are members and chairpersons of SAE design and research committees specifying the design, implementation, and data analysis aspects of vehicular crash research. In April of 2010, Denton ATD and First Technology Safety Systems (FTSS) became subsidiaries of Humanetics Innovative Solutions. FTSS originated in 1988 when the First Technology group acquired Alderson Research Laboratories and the original Humanetics. FTSS later acquired the dummy development and manufacturing business of TNO, Europe’s leading and largest ATD company. FTSS evolved into a global development and manufacturing company of sophisticated anthropomorphic test devices (ATDs) and computer simulation models. Humanetics produces a wide variety of products including regulated and non-regulated crash test dummies, ranging in size from new-born infants to large adult human surrogates. The Humanetics iCrash Technology™ portfolio takes crash testing to the next level by offering devices with fully integrated data acquisition systems. The increasing complexity and variety of crash testing procedures reinforced by shorter product life cycles has pushed the industry to reduce product design cycles considerably. Humanetics will continue to play a key role in the further development of safer vehicles - ultimately saving lives.

Tumble Tester II

Heinä s Tumble Tester II is used to test the breakage of various small items and components. This machine can be used to perform the standard tests IEC 68-2-32 and BS EN 60068-2-32. Operating principles: The item to be tested is placed in the Tumble Tester. The desired number of falls is selected and the machine is set in motion. After this the machine will drop the item onto the base of the machine at random positions (free fall). The rotation speed of the machine is selected in order to get the item to fall to the middle of the base. The machine can be modified according to the customer s wishes. The Tumble Tester is conformable to the European Machine Directive 89/392 and its amendments 91/368, 93/44 and 93/68.

Výskumná a vývojová činnosť

2. Koncepcia one-piece flow Základ koncepcie One-piece flow vznikol v Japonsku.
