Tumble Tester II

Heinä s Tumble Tester II is used to test the breakage of various small items and components. This machine can be used to perform the standard tests IEC 68-2-32 and BS EN 60068-2-32.

Operating principles: The item to be tested is placed in the Tumble Tester. The desired number of falls is selected and the machine is set in motion. After this the machine will drop the item onto the base of the machine at random positions (free fall). The rotation speed of the machine is selected in order to get the item to fall to the middle of the base. The machine can be modified according to the customer s wishes. The Tumble Tester is conformable to the European Machine Directive 89/392 and its amendments 91/368, 93/44 and 93/68.

Drop Tester is used to test the breakage of various small items and components. Operating principles: The item to be tested is attached to the suction pads of the machine and dropped from selected speed of 3,5-6,25 m/s or height of 600-2000 mm. The dropping tray guides the item down towards the base in a right angle. With our Drop Tester you can also attach a high frequency video camera to the equipment in order to verify what actually happens, when the tested item hits the base of the machine. Výskumná a vývojová činnosť

1. Plánovanie a riadenie výroby Jednou z možností ako dosiahnúť zvýšenie efektívnosti podniku je racionalizácia jeho plánovania a riadenia výroby. V praxi je obrovským problémom zosúladenie podrobného dielenského plánovania, dodávateľsko-odberateľských logistických reťazcov a riadenia výroby, tak aby časové, kapacitné a finančné straty boli čo najmenšie. Naša spoločnosť v rámci svojej výskumnej činnosti sa zameriava na vývoj systémov pre plánovanie a organizáciu výroby. Ide o systémy zabezpečujúce a optimalizujúce vnútropodnikovú logistiku a jej prepojenie na dodávateľsko-odberateľské reťazce s možnou podporou RFID technológií. RFID technológia už zaznamenala svoj nástup a postupne sa presadzuje v rôznych odvetviach. Ide o systém automatickej identifikácie, ktorý môžu tvoriť: - čiarové kódy, - smart karty, - rádio-frekvenčná identifikácia. 2. Koncepcia one-piece flow Základ koncepcie One-piece flow vznikol v Japonsku. Naša spoločnosť túto koncepciu dopracovala a v Európe sme prvou spoločnosťou, ktorá ju aj reálne koncipovala do výroby. Výhody ako ekonomické, tak časové a kapacitné sú nevyčísliteľné. Koncepciu one piece flow v prípade analógie s nesynchrónnymi viacpredmetnými prúdovými linkami nazývame také usporiadanie pracovísk určitého výrobného úseku a takú organizáciu a riadenie tohto úseku, ktorá umožňuje rytmicky spracovať a odovzdávať niekoľko technologicky podobných dielov. Výrobky sú spracovávanie priamo v spracovateľských dávkach od jednej technologickej operácie na ďalšiu bez potreby medziskladov. Zavedenie koncepcie OPF umožňuje dramatickú redukcu medzioperačných zásob a to na základe nasledujúcich zásah: - vyrábané komponenty v prúdovej linke nie sú zhromažďované v paletách pri technlogických operácách pokiaľ nie sú spracované. - jednotlivé dávky sú vyrábané vo vopred stanovenom poradí. To znamená, že nová dávka je uvoľnená do výrobnej linky ak predchádzajúa dávka je už dokončená.
