The customer s basic requirements on product / production safety and productivity of the filling installations were the prerequisites that had to be met. These demands were fulfilled through the perfect co-operation between the customer, the machine construction and packaging development departments. The special feature of these new, revolutionary lip cosmetics should be supported by packaging with an aura of the highest value, while at the same time presenting the product beautifully and supplying the buyer with all necessary information.

Solution:
Window cut-outs bring the product optically closer to the customer and, with the use of a window lamination, the surface of the folding box remains smooth and without interruptions. The 26 shade colours of the various lipsticks can be seen on the front and the top of the package in different pearl varnishes. The gluing tongue, kept free of silver and OPP foil, allows for packing at very high speeds.
