The complete cutting technology including machine portal and cutting tool is hermetically separated from the working environment in a compact manufacturing cell in the AUTOREX™.

The noise level is thus below the limits of the Noise Control Guidelines.
A welcome savings effect: special soundproofing measures are superfluous. The effective glare shield is a further contribution to greater safety at work. All processes run automatically, the integrated exchange table ensures a continuous supply of material parallel to cutting. An optional automatic loading and unloading devices as well as an automated shelf system are also available.
AUTOREX™ thus opens up the possibility of simple, low-cost and practical automation for a large part of your production.

The AUTOREX™ is available in two sizes, each as a package solution including fine dust filter system and extensive accessories (see the technical data).

ULTRAREXŞ UXB; ULTRAREXŞ UXC; ULTRAREXŞ UXL - Technically perfected coordinate blow-torch machine for oxy operation with integrated photoelectric template scanner that allows the easy generation of random shaped cuts in material up to 200 mm thick. The photoelectric scanner control with video camera recognises edges of drawing lines with a min. stroke width of 0.8 mm or silhouettes and transfers the shapes 1:1 to the blow-torch. Straight line cuts and the right-angled edge-planing of sheets are also possible without the scanner. Numerous automatic functions such as cut joint compensation, automatic start-up and shut-down or automatic corner delay make this boom machine easy to operate, reduce time-consuming manual work and save additional costs. ULTRAREX UXB is available in three sizes, cutting widths range from 1,250 to 1,500 mm. Each model can be fitted with up to four single oxy torches. Other advantages for you: ? Economic production of job lot and small series cuts. ? Low investment costs, easy installation, long service life. ? Modular adaptation to changing production requirements, for example by extending the track in 2,000 mm sections.
