Carton Sealing Systems Printing L233/PPL

The L233/PPL has been developed for printing self adhesive tape: PVC, OPP Pre-treated and Acrylic if the machine is equipped with Corona Treatment unit. The 300 mm. width makes this model the most suitable forlong rolls printing (especially packaging machine rolls), because the machine can always be managed from one operator at the maximum speed and productivity (50mmx990m N.140 rolls). The flexibility of the machine allows obviously to print hand rolls with a different productivity (50mmx66m N.2000 rolls)

Carton Sealing Systems Printing L 220 TC/V

L220 TC is a fully automatic flexographic printing machine able to print PVC/PP/OPP self adhesive tapes. Its main features are the following: automatic change of the log roll, diameter survey,Corona Treatment (optional), nr. 2 printing stations with adjustable speed from 0 to 200m/min., thermoregulated central drums,drying tunnel by hot/cold air, application of the paper tab at the end of the roll, longitudinal cut with razor blade, automatic cut and ejection of the printed rolls, guide for the automatic charging of cores, pump for colours feeding (optional), photoelectric cell for machine stop in case of film breaking, sound-proof cover for noise containment: 82 dB max.

Carton Sealing Systems Printing L36/150 TCE

The L36 TCE is a flexographic printing press able to print up to 3 colors on most self-adhesive tapes. The machine is provided with 2 special stations for applying a primer before printing and a release coat after printing, as well as with a Corona treatment. These features allow the printing of various types of OPP: acrilic, solvent and Hot Melt base. In addition, the machine can print PVC tape, Cellophane, reinforced tape and paper. From a log roll 150 mm wide, it is possible to obtain 3 printed rolls 50 mm wide up to 300 mm in diameter. The unwinding and rewinding tensions are controlled individually. Automatic breakdown of the Corona treatment when the machine is stopped. Safety cover prepared for solvent exhaust.

Automatic Carton Sealing Systems XL 33P / XL33-4P

The carton sealing machines XL 33-P and XL 33-4P have been designed according to the EEC regulations and are suitable to be installed into packaging lines as no operator is required. The machines fold automatically the 4 upper flaps and apply a U seal of pressure sensitive tape on the top and bottom seams of the cartons. The adjustments to the carton size are fast and easy.

SM-116 Automatic manual adjustment cartons ealing machine for uniform size boxes. Easy to use and to adjust, enables every operator to start the production in just minutes. With the double side driving high section belts for the transportation and sealing of king size boxes as well as the big size carton sealing the taping head K12, it assures a perfect closing and sealing of the box.
