Carton Sealing Systems S-2

Semi-automatic carton sealer with manual adjustment. Easy to be used and simple to be adjusted, it can be started by any operator in few minutes. It allows a perfect closing of the box by adhesive tape thanks to the double top and bottom driving system and the super reliable taping unit K11.

The carton sealer has been designed and built according to the CE 392 Machine Directives and subsequent revisions.

The automatic case erectors F144/145/146 draw, erect and seal with adhesive tape the bottom flap of cardboard boxes, ready then to be filled, with a variable output between 500 and 800 boxes/hour according to the dimensions. SR4- Semi-automatic carton sealer for random size cases. It is easy to be used and adjusts itself automatically to every boxes dimension whose sizes are included in the range of the machine possibilities. Carton Sealing Systems XL 35-P / XL 36-P

The carton sealing machines XL35-P and XL36-P have been designed according to the EEC regulations and are able to seal cartons of the same size applying a U seal of adhesive tape to the top and bottom flaps. The machine adjustment to the carton size is fast and easy. The side drive belts have a self-centering screw adjustment device. The choice between XL35-P and the XL36-P depends from the dimensions of the cartons to be sealed.

Carton Sealing Systems S 8

Manual adjustment semi-automatic carton sealer. Easy to use and simple to adjust, enables every operator to start the production in just minutes. With the double side driving motorized belt for the trasportation of the cases and the taping head K11 (50 mm) or K12 (75 mm), allow a perfect closing and sealing of the box. The machine has been designed and manufactured according to the Machine Directive CE 392.

Carton Sealing Systems F-104-P - P/I

The F104-P case former folds the bottom flaps of carton boxes introduced into the machine by the operator. The box is then kept in position for filling. A pneumatic device pushes the box on a conveyor or into a case sealer for the final sealing. The F104-P/I case former folds the bottom flaps of carton boxes and, thanks to the working plane that can be raked by a pneumatic device, it makes easier the box filling. Through the same device, the box is then put straight for the ejection by the pneumatic pusher.
