Stretch Wrapping Systems Mancon 1710-2265

The Mancon 1710-2265 with its fabricated steel construction frame is designed for high speed stretchwrapping with a low maintenance in continuous end of line production environments. The machines technology will easily and effectively wrap pallets with palletised goods on them (usually presented inside the machine by conveyors), secured enough for transportation.

The machine is fitted with an easy film loading Power Pre-stretch Film Carriage for film savings due to cost effective wrapping and pallet stability programs. The machine can automatically apply mid cycle top sheet for dust or water protection.

Advance controls on the machine enable simple and reliable operational view of the stretchwrapping sequences and fault finding. The pallet remains stationary whilst the high speed (40rpm) graphite rotation ring (patent) with Film Carriage circles, and moves up and down applying film to the pallet. Infrared welding (patent) and cutting of the film at cycle end ensure complete secure encapsulation. The Mancon 1710-2265 is CE marked for safety and performance. Full service and spares support.

Stretch Wrapping Systems Mancon RA 12/10

The Mancon RA 12/10 is a rigid construction Rotating Arm Stretchwrapper for medium speed in continuous end of line production environments. The machine will easily and effectively wrap pallets with palletised goods on them (usually presented inside the machine by conveyors-conveyor included) for transportation. The machine is fitted with a Power Pre-Stretch Film Carriage for cost-effective pallet wrapping and film savings along with increased pallet stability. The machine can automatically apply a mid cycle top sheet for dust or water protection. Advance controls on the machine enable simple and reliable stretch wrapping sequences and fault finding. The pallet is coneyed into the wrapping area and stopped automatically. The Rotating Arm connected to the tilted downwards (for wrapping lower onto the pallet) Film Carriage circles, and moves up and down applying film to the pallet. At end of cycle the film is pneumatically gripped, cut by a hot wire then brushed onto the pallet. The machine comes with light guards and perimeter fencing as standard. Stretch Wrapping Systems Mancon 1470

The Mancon 1470 is a Rotating Powered Conveyor Turntable Stretchwrapper for low speed in continuous end of line production environments and for pallets that can be safely transported along conveyor rollers. The machine will easily and cost effectively wrap pallets with palletised goods on them (usually presented inside the machine by conveyors-conveyor included), secured enough for transportation i.e. good stability. The machine is fitted with the Power Pre-stretch (200% factory fitted) Carriage for film savings and minimum down time. Advanced by very simple controls on the machine enable simple and reliable stretchwrapping sequences and fault finding. The pallet is conveyed into the wrapping area and stopped automatically. The Turntable rotates (15rpm) and the film carriage moves up and down (automatically measures the pallet height) on a column applying film to the pallet. At the end of the cycle the film is pneumatically gripped, cut by a hot wire then brushed on to the pallet. The machine comes with light guards and perimeter fencing as standard, Mancon 1770 is CE marked for safety and performance. Full service and spares support.

Paklet SW2 Power Pre-stretch series

The SW2 series with power pre-stretch is designed for continuous production as well as to meet the most cost effective pallet wrapping applications. The function of the machine is to easily and effectively wrap pallets with palletised goods on them, secured enough for transportation. The machine is fitted with a Power Pre-Stretch(200% factory fitted-other gears supplied as standard for higher/lower percentages) Film Carriage for optimising film usage and the ability to wrap all products. Mechanical Core Braking Film Stretching System and threading film is simple and quick. Used in all industries. Machine set-up is easy. Turntable rotation speed is variable. Film Carriage raise and lower speed is fixed. Pallet height is measured automatically by Photocell. Two wrapping patterns are available.
