Pre-bake Oven 85/125

The Quartz Supreme Pre-bake Oven is designed to deliver precise and uniform pre-baking of thermal plates ensuring consistently high processing quality. At one of three pre-selected conveyor speeds the plates are run through the oven. The balanced air flow ensures an exceptional heating uniformity across the plate within ± 2°C. Rinse/Gum Unit 85/125/165

Conventional and CTP plates can be post-baked for long run length or difficult press conditions. In such situations, a Rinse/Gum Unit is most likely required to apply a pre-bake solution instead of a plate finisher, prior to the plate being baked. For some applications it is possible to take the unfinished plates with the pre-bake solution direct to press. The preferred method however, is to remove the original pre-bake solution and apply a plate finisher by using an extra Rinse/Gum Unit after baking. The efficient and reliable Rinse/Gum Unit features variable speed, automatic chemistry replenishment and sensor activated operation. The footprint is minimised with a simple, economical design. The Quartz Supreme Rinse/Gum Units are available in the 85/125/165 size range to match the Supreme Post-bake Ovens in the Glunz & Jensen program.

Raptor 68/85T

Designed and built for optimal processing of thermal plates, the Quartz processor is standard equipment for many of the world s most prestigious printers. The system s four-station design provides consistent, high-quality plate development, rinsing and finishing for optimal plate performance and reliability on press. Many user-friendly features have been added to the Quartz Supreme platform to make plate processing easier, faster, and more economical. Plate throughput and chemistry replenishment are sensor-operated to boost efficiency and minimize operator intervention. The processor is equipped with af touch screen control panel for ease of operations. Status, alarms and settings are monitored via the user-friendly panel, which also has a built-in on-line help for easy navigation saving operator time. InterPlater 85P HDX High Speed

InterPlater 85P HDX High Speed is our new plate processor generation targeted directly at high-end, heavy duty newspaper installations requiring very high throughput. The HDX High Speed is based on the proven HDX platform but has been further enhanced to allow for even higher peak productivity and expansion of the yearly production capacity to meet the requirements of the most demanding production facilities. The plate development is unchanged at the same high and consistent quality known from the standard InterPlater HDX. The InterPlater HDX High Speed simply does the same processing job much faster. InterPlater 85P HDX High Speed sets new processing standards in the market that perfectly match the high demands for high peak production and quality repetition in the entire printing process.
