We deal with designing and production of of compressor aggregates, supported by modern technology of the leading producers in this branch.
We offer:
- Fireproof mining compressor aggregates, produced with the components from the companies: Rotorcomp, Gardner Denver, Wittig and Tamrotor. Avaliable with power range between 22kW- 110kW, optionally equipped with a contactor switch.
- Civil screw and rotary vane compressors for general use, produced with the components of the company Pneumofore, with the power range between 7,5kW- 160kW and higher.
Our devices are adapted to the individual needs and special uses in the mining, chemical, and machine industry. We are distinguished by precision, and experience. Our plant employees have got a long term experience in producing and servicing compressor aggregates. Jednorádové kuželíkové ložiská

Jednorádové kuželikové ložiská majú široké uplatnenie v celom rade odvetví, najmä vo výrobe automobilov, traktorov, poľnohospodárskej technike, valcovaných stolíc, zemných strojov, obrábacích strojov atď. Konštrukcia ložísk s veľkým počtom valivých teliesok v jednom rade umožňuje týmto ložiskám dosahovať vysokú únosť v radiolnom i axiálnom smere. Axiálna zaťažiteľnosť je závislá od veľkosti stykové uhla. Ložiská s veľkým stykovým napr. 331 rada. uhlom sú vhodné na zychytávanie väčších axiálnych síl. Uloženie s jednoradovými kuželíkovým ložiskami tvorí spravidla dvojica ložísk, pretože samotné ložisko môže prenášať axiálne zaťaženie iba v jednom smere. Ložiská sú rozoberateľné. Vnúrný krúžok s valivými telieskami a klietkou tvorí jeden montážny celok. Jednorádové kuželíkové ložísk, uvedených v rozmerových tabuľkách, zodpovedajú medzinárodnému rozmerovému plánu ISO 355. Okrem základného sortimentu, ktorý je uvedený v tabuľkách sa vyrábajú mnohé ďalšie kuželíkové ložiská rozdielnych druhov a rozmerov, napr. s prírubou na vonkajšom krúžku, napr. BAR vzájomné združené jednoradové kuželíkové ložiská a pod napr. AXA.

All products have certificates, and safety signs of the most significant quality certification companies, including: UDT, TUV, DB, GL, DNV, PRS. The quality of our products has been confirmed by a long term cooperation with the biggest and most demanding contractors in Poland and abroad. Moreover we offer devices and welding materials from renowned producers.

We specialize in delivering wire rods to it’s converters: drawing mills, mining nets producers, nail and chain producers, metalwork manufacturers. A part of our recipients is supplied with drawn wires and rods produced by ”MAS”. Moreover, we are a significant supplier of ribbed rods for construction companies and warehouses. We realize orders for steel products, completing various materials in one delivery. We offer collection of the goods from the producers or our warehouses in Dąbrowa Górnicza and Gliwice. On demand, we deliver the material to the determined address.
