Medium is produced form selected waste paper and is mainly used for the flute layer in corrugated board. Medium substance and quality have a strong impact on the stability of corrugated packaging. Our Medium grammage ranges from 100 to 170 g/m2 supports the design and production of packaging with a wide range of stability requirements: from light boxes to the packaging of dangerous materials with an extremely high demand on safety.

Test liners

Test liners are liner boards made out of 100% waste paper and which guarantee a tested quality. Today test liners are the most important of raw materials in the corrugated board industry. Tried and tested quality is underlined by the name test liner. At the same time emphasising that, in certain cases, test liners made out of 100% waste paper can be a good and a particularly economical alternative to kraft liners produced out of new fibres. The various test liner types: Normally one differentiates between three types of test liners (T1, T2, T3). The highest grade waste paper is used for T1 type, whereas with the other two types, waste paper of lesser grades is used. If the test liner is comprised of two layers, then usually a thicker carrier board would be used and couched with a higher grade surface layer.
