Digital controlled power pre-stretch

The principle of this equipment is to pre-stretch film between two main rolls which have each its own drive and different revolutions. The pre-stretch may be controlled from the control panel, i.e. both revolutions ratio between two main rolls (primary pre-stretch) and output power in the film (secondary pre-stretch). The range of primary pre-stretch moves from 50% up to 500% according to the stretch film used. The range of secondary pre-stretch moves between 70% and 400%, whereas the value 100% means that the film leaves the device and after it is wrapped on the goods it remains neither pre-stretched nor contracted. 2-motors pre-stretch system means an economic solution for quality and sophisticated wrapping in workshops with middle and higher wrapping capacity with requirements for reduction of film consumption, as well as a requirement for often changes of wrapping parameters.

Power pre-stretch system

The principle of this equipment is to pre-stretch film between two main rolls which mesh together using a gear drive. The standard gear ratio is set up to 180% and may be changed by replacing the gear wheels. The secondary pre-stretch is derived from the pallet draw against main roll, the braking power of which is given by difference between speed of the drive and rotation of a pallet. The secondary pre-stretch may be controlled from the control board in the range of 70% up to 400%, whereas the value 100% means that the film leaving the device and after it is wrapped on the goods remains neither pre-stretched nor contracted. 1-motor pre-stretch system means an economic solution for middle or higher demand on wrapping capacity with requirements for good wrapping quality and regulation of film consumption, and with zero or occasional requirement for the change of primary pre-stretch.

Hand brake

The simplest equipment, where the tension of film at wrapping is reached by hand rotation of the grip; the brake is tightened or loosened this way. No primary pre-stretch is possible on this equipment, the only pre-stretch is the secondary one, the value of which is set on handgrip experimentally. The systems is used for wrapping without any special demand to wrapping quality and reduction of film consumption. It is mainly used when pallet wrapping is required only occasionally.

AGRIPACK Basic

AGRIPACK Basic

A supporting frame with inserted swinging rotating centre on which a wrapping unit consisting of rotating cylinders is placed is the basic part of this wrapping machine. A roll of Agriflex silage film is placed on the right side of the wrapper. The bale is wrapped in prestretched film by rotating of two longitudinal axis. When the prestretch is set to the optimal level a hermetic closure is achieved on the bale. The film is attached and cut-off manually. Easy tipping of bale is done via lifting of tractor´s hinge. Agripack Basic can be provided with a monitoring unit signalizing acousticaly the end of chosen wrapping cycle. The number of revolutions can be followed there as well as the number of wrapped bales. Hydraulický paketovací lis HPL 25

Hydraulický paketovací lis HPL 25 s lisovací sílou 250 kN a lisovací komorou 850 x 1100 x 1300 mm. Přední stěna lisovací komora je tvořena dvěmi dviřky. V horním dílu dvířek jsou další odklopná dvířka pro doplnění lisovaného materiálu. Po slisování balíku se komora otevře a obsluha provede svázání balíku. Balík je z komory vysunut hydraulicky malým beranem v zadní části komory.

Hydraulický paketovací lis HPLV 6

Hydraulický paketovací lis HPLV 6,3 s lisovací sílou 63 kN, velikost balíku 550 x 600 x 750 mm. Lisovací komora je tvořena vozíkem, který se naplní lisovaným materiálem mimo lis. Vozík se po nájezdu zasune pod lisovací beran a provede se zális. Pro svázání balíku se otevře přední stěna vozíku, tato je i otevíratelná pro snažší vyjmutí slisovaného balíku. Použití více vozíků tak umožňuje separovaný sběr odpadu. Vyobrazený lis slouží k lisování vázacích drátů v zinkovně.
